Talbot's Damsel
Chrysiptera talboti

Identification: Front of the body is yellow fading into pink. Has one black dot just below the top dorsal. 

Maximum Length: Attains a length of 2.5"

Origin: Found in many locations including the Indo-Australian Archipelago: this includes Thailands' Andaman Sea, Indonesia, Ashmore Reef in the Timor Sea. the Great Barrier Reef, New Guinea, New Britain, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, and Fiji Islands. Inhabits inshore and offshore coral reefs. Can be found at depths of 6 to 35 meters.

Minimum tank size: 20 Gallon

Behavior: Peaceful

Feeding and diet: This fish will readily eat all kinds of live, frozen, and flake foods and algae. Finely chopped meaty foods (like brine shrimp) can be fed regularly.

Reef Compatibility: 

Cautions: Like all damselfish, they can be territorial and aggressive, especially as they get older. Can be kept together and with other larger fish but watch them closely to be sure their aggression doesn't become destructive.
