Amphiprion percula
Identification: Bright orange with three (3) complete vertical white bars on the body; one located just behind the eye and extending over the preoperculum; one stripe at mid-body which approximately divides the dorsal fin. Mid-body the bar extends forward. The third bar is at the base of the caudal fin posterior to the dorsal fin. The bars are often bordered in black which varies in width and may extend from margin to margin replacing much of the orange coloration in some specimens. (A. Ocellaris does not have a thick black margin around the white bars)

Minimum tank size: 20 Gal.
Behavior: An exquisite fish that is a joy
to keep. Very similar to the A. Ocellaris species. Tends to be more
aggressive towards others clownfish.
Keep
Singly or in pairs; two juveniles will usually mature into a mated pair. Adult
Females are larger than the males. Will go in anemones over time. Sebae, Long
Tentacle, Carpet, and Bubble Anemones are favorites. Clowns can be very
protective of the host anemone or soft coral that it has claimed as
it home.
Feeding and diet: Varied Diet, including meaty food items such as frozen mysis shrimp, plankton, vitamin enriched brine shrimp and frozen preparations for herbivores.
